summer days are here
While summer took its time getting here-I am not so sure I am enjoying the 90 degree weather and high humidity. But we, or should I say my kiddos, are making the best of it:

Please, someone explain to my children that we do NOT like snakes! Yikes!... and we do NOT shout "YEAH" when daddy brings them to us!
Can you touch your toes like this?

Ironic that you've got a snake there...we had a day full of rodents the other day when we got home from church.
A toad was waiting on our back doorstep and literally jumped into our house as we opened the door!
Just after that, the dogs ran into the back yard and Nola found herself a mole (yeah, doggie!).
Then a short while later, I saw a snake slither through the grass and the kids got to see it before it slid under our garage.
